ABOUT US
Noavaran-e-Shabakeh Gostar Company, as a newborn independent technology-driven entity, has been funded in July 2024 with a focus on developing and commercializing emerging technologies in the communications and information technology sector.
The company's strategic core consists of a team of experts and academic professionals in telecommunications and IT, with many years of technical and executive experience. By addressing the major needs and challenges of the telecommunications industry, especially mobile networks, and leveraging the technical knowledge of a group of talented young graduates from top universities in the country, the company engages in product development, solution design, and providing technical and consulting services in the telecom industry.

Chairman of the Board
Azad Ravanshid
Holds a Ph.D. in Information Theory from Germany and is a visiting professor at the Electrical Engineering Faculty of Sharif University of Technology. With over 15 years of experience in modern mobile network technologies as a technical manager and executive leader with large telecommunications companies, including Nokia and the BMW Development Research Center in Munich, Germany, he has also served as a consultant and solution architect in the network development of major mobile network operators, such as Mobile Communication Company of Iran (MCI).
He has participated in various international projects, including H2020 European Union projects, contributing to the design and development of next-generation mobile network architecture.

Seyed Reza Jokar Naraghi
With over 20 years of experience in product commercialization and development in the IT sector, Mr. Jokar has played a significant role in the digital economy transformation through the creation and development of platforms such as My MCI, and Evano. He has served as the Director of Digital Business and Value-Added Services at MCI, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Lotus-Hampa, and Founder and CEO of EBCOM (the commercialization arm of MCI).
